Listing submissions
Submitted listings are reviewed. There is no entitlement to publication.
Commission
A commission or success fee may become due after successful brokerage or after separately agreed services. Details are agreed individually.
Premium presentation
2ndstreet may curate or edit images, descriptions and presentations.
